🇬🇭A woman has expressed frustration after a Mobile Money (MoMo) agent allegedly demanded an extra GH¢20 before allowing her to deposit GH¢2,000 into her own account. She claims MTN confirmed that no additional fee is required for deposits and is calling on the company to investigate the matter and take action against agents imposing unauthorized charges.
